The most popular of all peppers

As you may have guessed, the Jalapeño is native to Mexico, where even today, more than 160 square kilometers of land are still dedicated to its culture. It is also grown extensively in the United States, particularly in the states of Texas and New Mexico. This pepper is by far the most popular because it has a very refined flavor and a range of thermal units on the scale of Scoville between 2,500 to 8,000 SHU, which is relatively low compared to peppers the the strongest in the world, some of which are above the 1,000,000 mark.

How to use Jalapeño?
It's one of the best peppers in the world, found in Tex-Mex dishes, Thai recipes, Spanish dishes and more.
This variety of chilli will make the happiness of any amateur, from the inity to the addict of the pepper. Its relatively low strength makes it perfect for making stuffed peppers including grilled meats and salads.
