 During the ripening process, the "big candy" looking fruits have a stunning color transition, from creamy white to white-purple then orange and finally red. The peppers are quite large in size and can reach 1 to 1.5 cm.

 Not only is this one of the most spectacular peppers you will see, but they also have an excellent fruity taste like other Baccatums ! Soft, crunchy and of medium strength, it will be hard for you to resist!
