Ghost Pepper White is a rare and beautiful pepper derived from the famous Ghost Pepper Rouge (also called Bhut Jolokia) native to northern India.
 
The fruits start with a light green, then change to a creamy white and finish with matures with a near perfect pearly white. The plants reach 90 cm to 1.20 m under good growing conditions. The Ghost Pepper White is an excellent choice for hot sauces because of its strength comparable to other Bhut Jolokia.
